Workshop on ‘steady state’

Gecko will be hosting the second in its 'Twelfth Hour' climate change workshop series at Griffith Uni, Gold Coast in early August. With esteemed speakers from Griffith and Bond Uni's, the interactive workshop will focus on the need for a 'steady state' economy, with sustainable and equitable systems of production. Read more...

Gecko's Resource Centre
Gecko's environmental resource centre is now a much lighter and brighter place to visit. There is now room to sit comfortably at the table or borrow the many and varied books, DVDs, CDs, journals, reports, newspaper articles, videos, reference materials, maps, posters, and a special children's section. Our volunteer Librarians are currently in Thursday between 10am and 2pm. Read more...
